  • What are your business hours?
    Destiny Events Professional is a freelance event service, we book our diary for your event date. Our core business hours are: Monday – Thursday, 9.30am – 5.00pm and Friday 9.30am – 12.00 pm. Outside of these hours, please feel free to make contact via email or WhatsApp. Your message will be followed up within 24 working hours.
  • What are your areas of expertise?
    We are brand experience enthusiasts, and specialise in helping entrepreneurs and leading companies, to plan, host and grow the impact of their brand events. We consider the whole event journey - pre-event, in event and post event and deliver results using our own event creation system called CBEX (Creating Brand Event Experiences). We pride ourselves in making our clients event vision happen.
  • What services do you offer?
    Our service is certified for the planning, production and management of B2B (business to business) and B2C (business to consumer) events. We offer event service packages for Virtual, In Person and Hybrid events, this includes - launch events, conferences, workshops, forums and special events.
  • What are your fees?
    We offer you an initial consultation to understand your event requirements and preferences and provide you with a bespoke proposal and quotation. The fee charged will depend on the scale and nature of your event, the complexity of planning and our level of involvement.
  • Why do I need event planning?
    With the changed landscape of events, hiring a progressive, experienced and networked event professional saves you time and puts a bespoke event planning strategy right into your hand. With the key trend of ‘increased audience expectation’, our experience specialism will be an asset to you and your event.
  • Can you cope with last minute changes of plan or emergency situations?
    Yes, we adopt a solution focussed approach and have experience of dealing with the unexpected. Our planning process also builds in contingency measures, so your event is always in safe hands.
  • What is your refund and cancellation policy?
    We are aware that sometimes things happen which are outside of your control. In the event of needing a refund for a cancelled event, do discuss this with us as early as possible. We will discuss our policies before you enter into contracts and then liaise with you in the unfortunate circumstance of an event being cancelled.
